What are your office hours?

All of our offices are open Monday through Friday. Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Some offices offer extended hours. For individual office locations please click on the Health Screening Tab and look midway down the page to: Office Locations

Are there Spanish speaking staff?

All locations have numerous Spanish speaking staff. Many of our doctors are also fluent in Spanish.

What insurances do you accept?

We accept all insurances including BC/BS, AETNA, Cigna, GHI, Oxford, United Health Care, most Local Unions such as 1199, 32BJ, Carpenters Union, Teamsters Union and many more.

Do you take work-related cases?

Yes, we are extremely knowledgeable about how to treat Workers Compensation injuries.

Do you treat car accident cases?

Yes, we are very knowledgeable in regards to car accident injuries.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, we accept Medicaid and most Medicaid HMO’s.

Do you take patients that don’t have insurance?

Yes, we have many payment plan options to suit any patient’s budget.

Do you provide transportation for disabled patients?

Many of our patients are eligible for transportation. Our patient services department will arrange transportation for you if you qualify.

Are your doctors board certified?

Yes, all our doctors are either Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Do you have diagnostic testing available?

All of our offices are equipped with the latest technology to perform advanced nerve studies as well as advanced ultrasound technology.

Do you take x-rays?

All of our facilities have x-ray capabilities. Not all patients require x-rays. The doctor will make that decision based on your situation.
